Terms of Service

These Terms govern the interaction between the Digital-OG agency (hereinafter — Contractor) and any individual or legal entity (hereinafter — Client) using the agency's services.

Using any service or ordering any service from the agency confirms your full agreement with these terms. If you do not agree with any clause, we recommend refraining from further interaction.

• • Acceptance of terms is full and unconditional.
• • The Contractor may change the terms unilaterally.

Digital-OG provides a wide range of digital solutions, including, but not limited to: promotion strategy development, UX/UI design, software development, and technical support.

The scope of each specific service, deadlines, and cost are determined in individual appendices to the contract or technical specifications.

The parties undertake to observe business ethics and fulfill their obligations within the established timeframes.

Neither party is liable for failure to fulfill obligations in the event of force majeure circumstances confirmed in the established manner.

We attach paramount importance to the protection of your information. Any information transmitted within the framework of cooperation is considered confidential by default.

The Contractor undertakes not to disclose commercial secrets, strategies, and technical features of the Client's projects to third parties without prior written consent.

The confidentiality provisions remain in force for three years from the completion of the last joint project.
